The Holt Group executes on the fabrication, delivery, and installation of interpretive exhibits for the Muddy Run Visitor Center in Holtwood, Pennsylvania. The exhibit is owned and operated by Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's largest electric utility conglomerates. Exhibits and interactives in the visitor center focus on power generation, local wildlife, and area geography (designed by Rector Communication Inc., Philadelphia).

The Holt Group secures a design/build contract with RockTenn Merchandising to oversee the fabrication and installation of branded exhibits, environmental graphics, and contracting services to renovate the main conference room and adjacent Retail Lab within their Winston-Salem, NC facility. RockTenn is the leading designer and producer of POP displays for retail environments. They regularly meet with current and potential client companies in their Retail Lab to hold brainstorming sessions for the creation of new POP fixtures.

The Holt Group installs exterior dye-sublimated fabric banners at the Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, North Carolina. These identification and wayfinding banners will bring a more branded and whimsical presence to the main entrance, the street-facing facade, and the IMAX theater entrance.

The Holt Group moves into a new 39,850-square-foot space at the Eagle Hill Business Park in High Point, a corporate park owned by Liberty Property Trust. The new facility will take the place of two smaller facilities in Greensboro that had totaled 23,000 square feet.

The Holt Group was recently awarded the Visitors Information Center fit out contract for The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau. This follows the completion of a branded environmental design phase completed in early May 2010. The Bureau is relocating from their current Visitor Information Center address at 220 Fayetteville Street, also occupied by the Raleigh City Museum, to a new space located within the Connector between the Raleigh Marriott City Center and the Raleigh Convention Center. This new space will allow the Bureau to better service not only Raleigh area leisure visitors, but also incoming convention and meeting groups from across the nation. The Holt Group will be working in conjunction with Barnhill Contracting Company, the general contractor and construction management company for the Raleigh Convention Center, during installation.
